Our week began at the press day of the redefined IAA Mobility Auto Show in Munich followed several technical workshops, a visit the BMW Group Classic workshops and finishing with the first drives of the all-new 2022 BMW iX and 2022 BMW i4.

BMW Group had a presence on the show floor of the IAA as well as several special exhibits in the city center and at the BMW Welt.

The second half of the program is the first drive opportunities of the BMW iX and i4 – BMW’s new generation of battery electric vehicles.

Over two days, we had time behind the wheel of both the BMW iX xDrive 50 and the BMW i4 M50.

The drive route included a visit to the BMW Plant Dingolfing where the iX is built.

BMW engineers and product experts responsible for these new models as well as the underlying electro mobility technology were on-hand to explain the features, benefits and technologies of the new BMW iX and i4.
