According to American Airlines I have flow 4.85 million miles with them since March, 1993, when I joined the #AAdvantage Program, but I am well over 5,000,000 miles if I include all the flights other commercial airlines – over 100,000 on Delta Air Lines-, charter and private planes and a few helicopters.
I´ve mostly flow #AA out of Miami International Airport – MIA but here are a few other airlines and what I remember of them (in no particular order):
- Delta – Never liked those blue seats.
- United- I avoid it whenever possible.
- Southworst – I mean Southwest Airlines the Comunist airline. What do you mean we are all the sane?
- JetBlue – Very, very, very last resource
- Virgin Atlantic – Cool concept, poor excecution
- Lufthansa – #germany perfection
- Aerolíneas Argentinas – The flight attendants
- Air France – A revoir!
- Iberia – Ni fú, ni fá!
- Japan Airlines – Elegant
- Korean Air – Efficent
- Finnair – Cold
- Austrian Airlines – Colder
- Copa Airlines – Salud!
- Alitalia – Ciao Bella!
- Avianca Una – sola vez!
- Turkish Airlines – Amazing service!
- Emirates – Even better!
- Swiss International Air Lines – Neutral
- LATAM Airlines – It was better under OneWorld
- Aeromexico – Tarde, mal o nunca!
- Mexicana de Aviación – No existe
- Jetstar Australia – Just good enough
- Vietnam Airlines – Better than expected
- South African Airlines – Big plane, Long flight, front seat
So, after decades of travel, 5 million plus is not just a number, it’s a whole journey. Here’s what that looks like:
