Turkey\u2019s roads aret great but traffic can be chaotic. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style-scope yt-formatted-string\" dir=\"auto\">There are unexpected roundabouts, turns and narrow alleys which require amazing skills and make driving in Turkey a hectic task. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style-scope yt-formatted-string\" dir=\"auto\">But with all the freedom it brings you, it is definitely worth to consider. In order to drive in Turkey, one must be above 18 years of age and need to have a driving license in English. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style-scope yt-formatted-string\" dir=\"auto\">International driving licenses work too but aren\u2019t required if you are driving in the country for three months or less as any driving license in the English language would do the job. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style-scope yt-formatted-string\" dir=\"auto\">My partner easily used his UAE and Oman driving license in Turkey as they were in English.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style-scope yt-formatted-string\" dir=\"auto\"> However, if you are 25 years of age or under, you need to pay more for the insurance.
